Compare fans against the actual application conditions
Fan selection should not be based on product size alone. The application area, required air movement, mobile or fixed installation, operating environment and manufacturer technical data should be reviewed together. When a misting or water-spray solution is planned, compatibility with the water supply and related system components should also be checked as part of the complete design.
Clarify indoor or outdoor use, open or semi-open conditions, working distance and physical placement.
Review dimensions, capacity information, electrical requirements and manufacturer documentation for the same use case.
Where pumps, nozzles, water lines or controls are used, confirm their interfaces and operating compatibility as one system.
