Match the pulverized system to the site objective
The appropriate pulverized system depends on the application objective, site geometry, water source, pump-nozzle architecture, operating pressure and control strategy. For dust suppression, settling and similar process applications, the components should be evaluated as one complete line rather than as isolated products.
Application area, process conditions and the required operating method are the first design inputs.
Flow, pressure, line length and nozzle placement should be reviewed against manufacturer technical data.
Filtration, controls, cleaning and service access should be included in the long-term operating plan.
